NCAA denies Notre Dame enchantment of vacated wins from 2011-12

The NCAA has denied Notre Dame’s enchantment of a choice to vacate 21 victories due to educational misconduct, together with all 12 wins from the college’s 2012 nationwide championship recreation run.
